Email support@carecirclecollab.com. Please include your app version (Profile → About CareCircle Collab) and a short description of the issue.

Joining a care circle

Install CareCircle Collab on your iPhone (App Store or TestFlight invite from the circle owner).
Open the invitation link from the owner's email or text message on the same device.
If the app opens, follow the prompts to join.
If the link does not open the app: open CareCircle Collab → Profile → Circles → Join Circle and enter the invitation ID and verification codes from the email and SMS.

iCloud and sync

Sign in to iCloud on your device and allow iCloud for CareCircle Collab.
Care data syncs through CloudKit; changes may take a minute to appear on other devices.
If data looks stale, open the app and wait for “Syncing with iCloud…” to finish, or force-quit and reopen.

TestFlight beta

If you are testing a beta build, use the TestFlight link from the circle owner. Report bugs with the build number from About so we can reproduce them.

CareCircle Collab is a coordination tool, not emergency services. For medical emergencies, call your local emergency number.
