Joining a care circle
- Install CareCircle Collab on your iPhone from the App Store.
- On that same iPhone, open the invitation link from the owner’s email.
- When the app opens, follow the prompts to join.
- If the link doesn’t open the app: open CareCircle Collab → Profile → Circles → Join Circle and enter the invitation ID from the email plus the verification codes from the email and text message.
iCloud and sync
- Sign in to iCloud on your iPhone and allow iCloud for CareCircle Collab.
- Your care circle updates through iCloud. It can take a minute for changes to show up on another person’s phone.
- If something looks out of date, keep the app open until syncing finishes. You can also close the app fully and open it again.
Medical emergencies
CareCircle Collab is a coordination tool, not emergency services. For medical emergencies, call your local emergency number.
